    • 2D Animation, ZLÍN FILM FESTIVAL

      Zlínský Filmový Festival, 2017-2024

Zlín Film Festival, held in Zlín, Czech Republic, is a prestigious event focusing on international films, particularly youth and children’s cinema. Since 2017, I have been involved in the festival primarily as a programmer and animator. My role includes creating animated segments for the festival, contributing to the visual style and overall atmosphere. Additionally, I am the Head of Project for Zoetropia, an interactive program designed to introduce Hollywood and gaming technologies to the Czech audience. Supported by the EU's Creative Europe MEDIA Programme, Zoetropia has been featured at seven festivals. My work for this project includes 2D animation and stop motion. Furthermore, I have collaborated with the festival’s main partner, Kovárna VIVA, providing innovative techniques and enhancing the project’s visual and interactive components.

    • World Rowing Championships

      Czech Rowing Federation, 2022

It was an absolute pleasure to create the visual identity for the World Rowing Championships 2022 in Račice, Czech Republic. My work included designing the logo, banners, press materials (bulletins, flyers), and animations. A huge thank you to my colleagues from the Local Organising Committee (LOC) and Andrew Couper from World Rowing for their support.

      Obrázek reference

Award-Winning Visual Identity for the Shoe Research Center in Zlín The visual identity for the Shoe Research Center, part of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, is built around a logo inspired by the shape and elements of a shoe, symbolizing the center's dedication to footwear innovation. This concept is complemented by a series of posters representing the center's individual departments, created using tools and materials tied to their specific activities. During this time, as Head of Design and Shoe Construction at the Footwear Research Center, significant achievements were made, including prestigious awards such as the Red Dot, German Innovation Award, and European Product Design Award for footwear and sports products. The visual identity itself gained international recognition when it received the Taiwan International Graphic Design Award, emphasizing the high quality and innovative spirit of the center.

    • Visual Identity for the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup, Račice (CZE), 2022

      Czech Canoe Union, 2022

      Obrázek reference

Visual Identity for the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup, Račice (CZE), 2022 The visual identity for the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup 2022 in Račice reflects the essence of canoeing and kayaking through a carefully designed logo. The logo features two boat shapes: the first symbolizes a kayak, with its zig-zag paddle motion crossing from left to right, representing dynamic movement. The second shape represents a canoe, capturing the steady rhythm of paddling on one side. This identity extended across various formats, including bulletins, billboards, and site signs, as well as banners and roll-ups displayed throughout the venue. Digital banners were also prominently featured on the event's website and social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence both on-site and online. As the creator of this visual identity, I aimed to combine the sport's technical precision with its fluid motion, delivering a design that resonates with athletes and spectators alike.

I had a wonderful opportunity to design a new kit for the cycling team TUFO Pardus Prostějov, Czech Republic. We began with vibrant designs, but ultimately opted for simple, minimalist versions. TUFO Prostejov is an SKC UCI Continental Team specializing in track and road cycling. (Photo: Jan Brychta)
